The old world died in March. The new world is yet to be born. | Robin Youngblood

I’ve now heard around a hundred different theories, some call them ‘Truths’, about COVID-19. I have a different point of view.

Imo, COVID was sent through the animal messengers by Mother Earth herself to put us in Time Out, like the very naughty, destructive children we have been, in order to get us to reflect and examine what we’ve been doing and STOP destroying the planet, animals, and ourselves…in that order.

Secondly, rather than disconnecting us, she is teaching us that we are ALWAYS, ALL WAYS, connected, like it or not. Every single thing we think, say, do affects everything and everyone else.

COVID is giving us the clearest opportunity we’ve known to choose Love or Fear. Love unites, fear divides. It’s that simple.

Any news, theory, opinion, supposed ‘Truth’ that creates division is based in fear, and is used by the Fear Mongers to control.

Any news, theory, opinion, supposed ‘Truth’ that supports better systems, based on ancient indigenous principles that support Life, is based on Love, and opens the gateways to meet our common needs with joy, compassion and kindness.

I don’t do conspiracy theories anymore. I don’t do mainstream news, either. I listen to Spirit, the wind in the trees, the babbling brook, the whisper of the hummingbirds’ wings, and the Ancestors.

This is a good time for Beginner Mind; the state of Not Knowing. The old world died in March. The new world is yet to be born.

We are not victims of anything, unless we choose to believe we are. And if you do think you’re a victim, look at your fears. You can heal them.

As the Hopi have told us, WE were born for these times. WE ARE THE ONES WE’VE BEEN WAITING FOR!

We have immense choices and opportunities now. We can undo, dismantle, old colonialism ~ systems that never really worked ~ and co-create new systems, based on ancient, wholistic, indigenous principles, that will bring harmony and balance to All Our Relatives.

The question is, will we?

Depends on whether we choose to let ourselves be distracted by our addiction to thrill seeking, drama, division… or whether we choose to ground with Mother Earth, feel our abiding heart connection, heal our wounds, listen to our common needs, and BE the solutions we seek.

Simple, not easy.
