    Evolution / Revolution

Is Humanity standing at the edge of taking its momentious step ever?

Lucratively modernizing its badly antiquated social and economic processes into those necessary forms and processes which are environmentally and ecologically sound.

You may find it difficult to believe that most of humanities current social / economic despariries and environmental / ecological impacts.. Could of been resolved 100 years ago.

Today’s infructures need not be what they are. As the can be and could of been innovatively accomplished in such a number of unprecedented efficiencies and enhanced capabilities that we would be far beyond these problems of today.

I am referring to the accomplishment of modernizing our infrastructures into those vastly more efficient and capable processes they so need to be and can so reasonably may become.

    Enclosure is an evolutionary step.

Unlike todays highly limited and restricted open air processes. Enclosure is a conducive environment. Accomplishing them in a secure and controlled environment will then allow them to begin utilizing that full array of existing abilities. Whose numerous new found applications will produce such a myriad of efficiencies and increased abilities that it will truly Revolutionize the populations abilities in its persuits in greater wellbeings.

I am seeking to complete a feasibility analysis study whose purpose is to establish what the values of cost and benefits are.

I have a few vague figures to work with in cost and benefits which are very promising.

However it needs proffessional review and organization as well as a very broad and comprehensive evalution.

    Could use some help here.
