Victory for Standing Rock ~ Lyla June

24 February 2017 Leave a Comment

A crucial reminder from prayer activist Lyla June countering the narrative that the movement is over.

“We won this movement in so many profound ways. We have planted seeds all across the world and inspried and awakened people to see water in a new way, to see water as life. We have united peoples of all races in this country behind a common dream. And that’s a win! We’re going to continue to keep protecting the water… we need to send a clear message to our descendents that we stood up, and gave everything we had, and made a difference for the whole world.” ~ Lyla June
